The extra virgin olive oil limited production, comes exclusive from arbequina olives from the first harvest, Green in the family farm located in the área of “La Mascura”, in Navahermosa (Toledo).

Fruity and aromatic oil, showing average values of bitter and spicy. It is characteristic the appearance of different flavors and textures to exotic fruits such as avocado when they are obtained from more mature olives, at the end of the harvest. Cornicabra oils have a remarkable balance between sweet at the entrance, bitter to green leaves and spicy medium intensity. They are stable oils due to their high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) and polyphenols.

Organoleptic and sensitive analysis

• Colour/ Appearance: At sight, the color of the oil is an intense green, unfiltered.
• Parfum:on the nose, it is ripe and intense fruity. Highlights of apple and almond aromas along with other sweet and ripe fruits.
