The best of gastronomy

Fruit skewer with a mixture of Arbequina and cacao oil.

In a bowl we put the oil and sprinkle cocoa until obtaining the consistency that we want. DELICIOUS!!

Spaghetti with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Arbequina variety.

  • - 200 gr of spaghetti (2 people)
  • - 2 garlic cloves
  • - 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • - 500 ml vegetable broth or water
  • - 50-80 gr of ham taquitos
  • - Salt to taste
  • - Extra virgin olive oil Arbequina Oro de Melque variety.


Sauté over medium-low heat the garlic, rolled and the ham. When golden, we remove it from the frying pan and reserve. We put the vegetable broth in the pan, (We can use broth in which we found boiled before vegetables for other dishes), when the water is hot we put the spaghetti so that they cook for 10 minutes about. We will add water if necessary, because we will not drain the pasta, until the pasta is al dente. Once cooked the pasta will pour a good jet of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, variety Arbequina, Oro de Melque. Remove and add paprika and salt. Finally we add the garlic and ham that we had reserved and we remove everything together.Finally we serve in a plate, and that Take advantage !!!!
